Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary: 80,000 100,000 DOE Location: High Wycombe O'Neill and Brennan are currently representing a reputable main contractor who are looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis, initially to work on one of their schemes based in. High Wycombe area. The project you would start off on is residential they work on a range of new-build and Cut & Carve commercial projects as well. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a project autonomously, this will include estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. You will be involved in pre-construction and the procurement of subcontractor packages. You will also be required to liaise with a range of other teams working on the project and to ensure everything is on track. Additionally, you will advise clients and contractors on compliance issues and commercial risks associated with their projects and procure the necessary building permits to ensure the construction works comply with building regulations.
