Would you like to help improve peoples homes and communities? If you have some property experience and a keen eye for detail and a drive to make a real difference, read on. As a Stock Condition Surveyor,you will help us maintain and enhance the quality of our housing stockensuring safe, energy-efficient, and well-maintained homes for our residents. What Youll Do Conduct detailed surveys of domestic properties and communal areas using digital tools. Assess housing conditions using the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS). Identify and escalate repair needs and safety concerns. Work independently across a diverse property portfolio, including void inspections. Engage with residents and internal teams to ensure smooth access and clear communication. What Youll Bring A degree in Building Surveying ORequivalent experience in property surveying. Strong understanding of asset management and housing legislation. Excellent communication, time management and IT skills. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to quality. A full UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicle.
