Job Description Security EngineerLocation: High Wycombe & surrounding areasSalary: From 40,000 DOEOvertime | Call-out rota | Permanent roleIm currently supporting a well-established, NSI & BAFE approved security provider operating from a regional office covering High Wycombe and the surrounding areas. Due to continued workload, theyre looking to add an experienced Security Engineer to their engineering team.This is a full-time, permanent position offering strong earning potential, overtime and long-term stability within a reputable business.The RoleYoull be responsible for a varied workload across electronic security systems, including:Installation of intruder alarm systemsPreventative maintenance visitsFault finding and reactive breakdownsOccasional servicing cover during holiday or sickness periodsSmall associated remedial electrical works where requiredThe role suits an engineer who is confident fault finding, organised in their approach and comfortable working independently in the field.What Theyre Looking ForProven experience installing and servicing intruder alarm systemsBackground within the electronic security industryStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsKnowledge of Risco intruder systems highly advantageousExperience with Access Control, CCTV and Fire Alarms beneficialReliable, self-motivated and keen to continue learningExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum 1 year experience with electronic security and/or fire systemsFull UK driving licenceSalary, Travel & BenefitsBasic salary starting from 40,000, dependent on experienceOvertime availableCall-out rota includedTravel: Any travel exceeding 1 hour to site and 1 hour from site is paid as overtime.Holiday entitlement:20 days holiday, rising to 25 days with length of serviceInterested?If youre a Security Engineer based in or around High Wycombe and open to a role offering stability, earning potential and a supportive working environment, Id welcome a confidential conversation.JBRP1_UKTJ
