Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety regulations. Support staff recruitment, training, and team development. Help grow nursery occupancy by building strong parent partnerships. Maintain a stimulating and nurturing environment for children.Requirements Childcare qualification at Level 3 or above . Proven experience in an Early Years setting.
