Job Title: Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) / Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)Service Care Solutions are recruiting to support a major Primary Care Centre, located in Morcombe and HeyshamLocation: Morecambe / HeyshamSetting: Primary Care (GP Surgery)Rate: £45 per hour (LTD)Working Hours: 8:00am – 6:30pmDays Required: Flexible to work around your diaryContract Length: ASAP - March 2026Systems: EMISRequirements: Smartcard requiredJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ACP / ANP to support a GP surgery in the Morecambe / Heysham area. This role involves delivering high-quality primary care services, managing a varied caseload, and working autonomously within a well-established practice team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct same-day acute clinics, minor illness appointments and chronic disease reviews within scope of practice.Perform F2F and telephone clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and formulate management plans.Prescribe medications safely and appropriately (if a qualified prescriber)Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS.Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and wider MDT to ensure continuity of care.Support practice demand during peak periods by providing high-quality, autonomous clinical decision-making.Essential RequirementsQualified ACP / ANP with proven primary care or urgent care experience.Confident in autonomous clinical assessment and management.Smartcard essential.Competent using EMIS.Full right to work in the UK.To enquire, please email Eleanor on or call 01772 208963
