Collaborating with customers to support long-term planning, including forecasting and participation in annual budget discussions. Delivering expert guidance and training to our distributor network, ensuring they feel confident and well-supported. Spotting opportunities in growth areas such as flooring contractors, retailers, and housebuilders – and turning insights into action. Supporting a communication strategy that keeps the customer at the heart of what we do. Managing customer concerns with professionalism and care, in line with our ISO standards. Offering product knowledge and technical expertise that builds trust and adds value. Working cross-functionally across the EGGER Group to drive innovation and service excellence. Representing EGGER at key industry events, building brand visibility and relationships.What You’ll BringA collaborative mindset and a people-first approach to leadership. Proven success in B2B sales – ideally within the flooring or building materials industry. Strong technical knowledge of engineered flooring products (EFPs). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce). A passion for building relationships and a keen eye for detail.
