Works Co-ordinators are responsible for the planning, management and delivery of regional project work including faults/repairs, reinforcement, connections, maintenance and overhead work on the LV/HV network to meet business needsAlong with a competitive salary between 36,929 - 47,541 (Ind L3 pp7-12) plus banked hoursEnrolment into our pension scheme 25 days holidayTransport provisionWere excited to hear from candidates with a passion for our company and the industry and a desire to succeed. Key Responsibilities:Works coordination and management of varied projects safely and to time, cost and quality.Operate on the distribution network as a fully LV authorized person including fault management.Manage all aspects of outage planning for your allocated projectsCustomer focused in all aspects of works coordination delivering a 10/10 serviceAble to accurately recognise all faults on the LV networkDemonstrate a full operational knowledge of the LV distribution networkDemonstrate full knowledge of current repairs and safety policiesFully utilise Northern Powergrids asset database and system (iSmart, eAMspatial)Key Competencies:Team working - A shared and committed approach to teamwork Planning & organizing Time management - Ability to prioritise workload when demands are conflicting Leadership skills - Be receptive and embrace change and strive for continuous improvement Effective written & spoken communication Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills Operational experience and authorisations, including the ability to become fully LV authorized inc fault managementQualifications and AttributesEssential Qualifications & Experience: GCSE Maths & English.IT Literate with all Microsoft Office ToolsFull UK Driving LicenceExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of the distribution networkWilling to work towards full LV authorisations including fault managementDesirable Qualifications & Experience:ONC/HNC Electrical Engineering.ILM Level 3 or equivalent.Project ManagementElectrical Trade / Engineering BackgroundAdvanced Knowledge of LV, HV and EHV networks.Knowledge in IT systems such as CRM, CRM GO, PMIT, QPID, ISMARTClosing date for applications: 16 JulyIn order to comply with our electricity distribution licence, we have to ensure our colleagues are fit and proper to visit and enter our customers premises.
