James Ray Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a firm who have a long-standing reputation and are a leader within the legal services market. The firm now require 2 x Residential Conveyancers to join their team.You can be based in any of their offices in Hessle, Grimsby, Louth, Scunthorpe or Barton.Key responsibilities:Handle a caseload of conveyancing work under the supervision of qualified solicitorsProvide administrative support to other property lawyers in the departmentLiaise with clients, other professionals and internal colleaguesManage deadlines and ensure compliance with regulationsQualifications/skills required:Experience in conveyancingQualified Solicitor or CILEX.Excellent organisational and time management skillsA meticulous eye for detailThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsIT literacy and experience with a computerised case management systemExperience of CQS accreditation and Lender ExchangeExcellent planning and organisational skillsBenefits28 days annual leave plus bank holidays – 36 days in totalHybrid Working- 2 days at homeBonus schemeBirthday off after 1 yearXmas shut down – 2 days only needed to saveFlu jabsFree parkingEye testsLong service holidays and awards
