Youll gain hands-on experience with exciting products, while building skills that can take your career to the next level.In addition to professional growth, IDEAL Heating is proud to offer a supportive culture and strong progression opportunities for motivated individuals.If youre ready to learn, grow, and make your mark in heating design, this could be the perfect role for you.About the RoleThe role involves designing plans and drawings for heating systems, matching ideal product ranges, and liaising with IDEAL's clients.ResponsibilitiesTo work within a team in order to satisfy customer requirementsTo capture correct and concise information on the drawing systemTo apply customer services skills to ensure that all customers receive an appropriate supportive serviceTo ensure that the designs produced are compliant with internal standards and legislative requirementsTo effectively manage revisions to designs as requiredTo provide technical design information to internal and external customersTo take ownership of design requests from inception to completionQualificationsA relevant recognised qualification to degree level or equivalent would be a distinct advantage.Required SkillsWell-practised customer service skills Well proven communication skills Knowledge of central heating design and design principles Time management Experience of using computer-based drawing systems Able to interpret and enter data correctly and accurately Experienced team player Able to work on own initiative Numerate and literate Able to work consistently to timescalesPreferred SkillsExperience of using RevitBenefits25 days holiday plus bank holiday.Enhanced Pension37 hour weekMon - FridayParking on site.Progression opportunitiesSalary Bandings```
