Conveyancer

James Ray Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a firm who have a long-standing reputation and are a leader within the legal services market. The firm now require 2 x Residential Conveyancers to join their team. You can be based in any of their offices in Hessle, Grimsby, Louth, Scunthorpe or Barton. Key responsibilities: Handle a caseload of conveyancing work under the supervision of qualified solicitors Provide administrative support to other property lawyers in the department Liaise with clients, other professionals and internal colleagues Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with regulations Qualifications/skills required : Experience in conveyancing Qualified Solicitor or CILEX.
