About the Role As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, youll be supporting young people aged 625 across Residential Childrens Homes and Supported Living services. Your role is to help them feel safe, develop life skills, build confidence and work towards a brighter future. This is a hands-on, active role where youll be involved in everything from daily routines to engaging activities, behaviour support and emotional guidance.
