No experience is necessary, full training is provided on commencement of the assignment.About the role:As a Weekend Hygiene operative you will play an instrumental part in achieving the required hygiene standards with the Hygiene team for. You will adhere to health and safety at all times and follow all tasks in line with food safety rules. So youll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas.Duties Include:Manual handling of plant and equipmentIsolation of plant and machineryTo carry out instructions as given to you by your Team Leader/ManagementWhat you need to be successful:Understanding and attainment of both individual and department targets.Awareness of the usage of material and energy sources.Co-operate in the continuous improvement of quality, safety and productivity standards.To meet housekeeping and hygiene standards individually and as part of a team.Compliance with food safety and HSE guidelinesTo carry out instructions as given to you by your Team Leader/ManagementGood level of English and basic numeracy skillsThe ability to work well within a team and communicate effectivelyGood attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasksExperience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be providedAbout the Client :Our Client is one of the Uks leading food businesses, supplying chicken & turkey to the countrys major supermarkets and well known restaurants.Our Client own and manage their entire supply chain, from farms to factory and all the way to the customer door meaning they have careers that cover a whole range of functions.
