Temporary Office Administrator Hereford Depot Location: HerefordThe information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday + some Saturdays) Contract: Initial 3-month temporary role, with potential to extend or become permanentAre you organised, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact? A well-established, independent dairy business in the UK is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support its Hereford depot . This temporary opportunity comes at a pivotal time as the company transitions to a new computer system and youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful changeover.From processing orders and responding to customer queries, to assisting with credit control tasks, your contributions will make a direct impact on both customer satisfaction and internal operations making you a valued part of the team.Why Join Us? Inputting and checking customer orders via phone, email, and faxSupporting the team with general administration tasks during system changeoverAssisting with credit control: allocating payments, chasing outstanding balances, and managing customer accountsResponding to delivery queries and helping to ensure seamless serviceVerifying cash payments and assisting with invoice distributionWhat Were Looking For? Proven experience in customer service or office administrationConfident, professional communicator with a friendly telephone mannerAccurate data entry and good IT skills (especially MS Excel, Word, and Outlook)Highly organised and calm under pressure able to juggle multiple prioritiesA flexible team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to support othersWorking Pattern Five shifts per weekMonday to Friday, approx. 08:30 17:00Some Saturday working required; where Saturday is worked a day off in the week is providedBank Holidays worked on a rotating basisBenefits: Competitive salary with opportunities for growth and advancement.Holiday pro-rated based on 22 days plus bank holiday allowanceTPBN1_UKTJ
