This includes advising employees on HR matters, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The role also involves contributing to health 'safety initiatives, promoting environmental practices, and supporting continuous improvement across HR processes. Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise employees on HR-related queries and policiesAdminister interview confirmations and recruitment logisticsProvide general administrative support across people-related initiatives, including the coordination of company-wide events and social activities to foster employee engagement and team culture. Recommend improvements to HR processes and operational efficiencyPromote safe working practices and report hazards as requiredSupport environmental initiatives including recycling and waste managementChampion customer focus and uphold brand valuesMaintain and update HR systems and employee recordsManage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirementsLiaise with finance and external providers to ensure accurate payroll submissionsResolve payroll queries and support employees with pay-related concernsSkills required3+ years’ experience in HR and payrollEmpathetic and resilient, with excellent interpersonal skillsPreferred Skills & QualificationsCIPD qualified or working towards qualificationProficient in MS Excel and PowerPointExperience with HR systems Full UK driving licence preferred
