Due to ongoing expansion, we are recruiting for multiple skilled engineering professionals to join a high performing production environment.These roles offer long term stability, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to work within a business known for investing heavily in its people, equipment, and facilities.Electrical Technical EngineerA senior level electrical engineering position with responsibility for technical leadership within a busy production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical authority during electrical breakdowns and complex faultsLead and support electrical engineers during operational shiftsDrive electrical safety standards, compliance, and preventative maintenanceFault find across control panels, sensors, I/O, and automation systemsSupport continuous improvement and plant reliability initiativesMaintain accurate electrical documentation and recordsExperience & RequirementsTime served Electrical Engineer with strong industrial maintenance backgroundMinimum 5 years experience in a similar electrical engineering roleStrong knowledge of AC/DC systems, 3 phase electrics, and PLC based systemsExperience with Siemens or Mitsubishi PLCs desirableCompleted Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent qualificationConfident communicator with a proactive, organised approachMechanical Maintenance EngineerA hands on mechanical maintenance role supporting plant reliability within a fast-paced industrial setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPreventative and reactive mechanical maintenance on production machineryMechanical fault finding and breakdown responseSupport machinery upgrades, installations, and improvement projectsWork with hydraulics and pneumaticsCarry out welding and fabrication tasks (MMA / MIG)Ensure all work complies with health and safety standardsExperience & RequirementsQualified Mechanical Engineer (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)Industrial or heavy engineering maintenance experienceStrong mechanical fault finding capabilityWelding experience (MMA and MIG)Knowledge of conveyors or heavy production machinery beneficialReliable, safety focused, and capable of working independentlyFabrication & Welding EngineerA specialist fabrication role supporting ongoing maintenance and improvement of production equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesFabrication and welding repairs to production machineryRespond to breakdowns with fabricated or welded solutionsMIG, MAG, and MMA welding across a range of materialsManufacture and modify machine components and guardsSupport mechanical maintenance including hydraulics and pneumaticsMaintain high standards of safety and workmanshipExperience & RequirementsProven industrial fabrication and welding experienceStrong MIG, MAG, and MMA welding skillsMechanical maintenance backgroundAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsRecognised Mechanical or Fabrication/Welding ApprenticeshipSelf-motivated with strong safety awarenessPackage & Benefits (Across All Roles)Competitive salaries depending on role and experienceWeekly production bonusOvertime opportunities availablePermanent, full time positionsOngoing training and developmentClear long term career progressionSupportive, professional engineering environmentShifts & Working PatternsShift patterns vary depending on the role.
