Job DescriptionProject ManagerPermanentLocation: Hereford/Home (3 days per week in Hereford office)Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 plus bonus, excellent benefitsWe are looking to recruit a Project Manager for a leading online retailer who will will lead the delivery of a variety of different projects aligned to their strategic roadmap. working with Agile and Waterfall working models, using both in house and 3rd party development teams.The RoleDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the project sponsor and stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestonesCoordinate project resourcesLead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives; manage change requestsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetPrepare and present progress reports, proposals, and status updates to stakeholdersManage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfactionCoordinate with external vendors or contractors as neededConduct post-project evaluations and create recommendations for future improvementsContribute to the Project Management Centre of Excellence as part of the PMO MethodologyImplement agreed best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project outcomesKey Skills & Experience:Project management certifications, ideally Waterfall and AgileSignificant project management experience including IT and non IT projectsProven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teamsStrong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, G-Suite)Experience of working with third party suppliers and inhouse software development teamsWarehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience highly desirable
