Job DescriptionDo you have a passion for training, a confident on-camera presence, and a strong understanding of healthcare products? Are you an outgoing, self-starting professional who enjoys being at the forefront of learning and sharing product knowledge? Our client is looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to lead the way in product education and client engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesBe the Face of Our Products Create and deliver high-quality in-person product training across the UK Create & run in-house training sessions to upskill internal staff Stay up to date with supplier training and product developments Create and deliver engaging product training videos must be camera confident Deliver confident and polished product presentations to groups and individuals Be a go-to expert and ambassador for our full product range Set up new clients for success by coordinating and supporting our industry-leading onboarding programmeProduct Knowledge and Awareness Maintain a deep understanding of all product categories Train teams on usage, benefits, and best practices Support the creation of product content, including guides, training materials, and short video clips Assist in rolling out new products or product changes to both internal teams and external clientsContent and Training Support Work closely with marketing and sales to manage product-related content Help design and deliver product campaigns and training assets Monitor engagement with training materials and make improvements where neededWhat our client is looking for Expressive and outgoing personality thrives on engaging with people in person and on cameraConfident presenter strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey product valueCamera confident You will be responsible for writing the content but not filming it yourself; however, you will be filmed delivering the content as part of our onboarding programmeHighly organised able to manage multiple training schedules and content prioritiesSelf-starter able to work independently and take initiativeTravel-ready willing and able to travel regularly across the UKContent savvy confident in managing training resources, video files, and digital contentProduct passionate eager to stay ahead of product updates and training developmentsExperience in healthcare supplies or similar industries is a plusWhat our client offersCompetitive remuneration packageFree lunch and refreshments, free onsite parking, staff discount and company pension schemePMI and access to Employee Bonus Scheme (post-probation)Supportive, team-based work environmentOngoing training and development30 days annual leave including bank holidays (rising to 33 after 2 years' service)This role is on the road visiting customers, with some office-based workThis role is 40 hours per week, 8:30am-5pm Monday - Friday
