Temporary Office Administrator Location: Hereford Hours: Full Time | Temporary (initial 3 months with potential to extend or become permanent) | Monday to Friday, approx. 8:30am – 5:00pm (occasional Saturdays required, with a day off in the week provided) Salary: £27,500 per annum Job Description Our client is seeking a detail-driven Office Administrator to support their depot. This temporary opportunity comes at an exciting time as they transition to a new computer system, and you'll play a vital role in helping them get it right. Key Responsibilities of an Office Administrator Inputting and checking customer orders via phone, email, and fax Supporting the team with general administration tasks during system changeover Assisting with credit control: allocating payments, chasing outstanding balances, and managing customer accounts Responding to delivery queries and helping to ensure seamless service Verifying cash payments and assisting with invoice distribution Key Skills of an Office Administrator Proven experience in customer service or office administration Confident, professional communicator with a friendly telephone manner Accurate data entry and good IT skills (especially MS Excel, Word, and Outlook) Highly organised and calm under pressure – able to juggle multiple priorities A flexible team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to support others To be considered for this role, please email your CV to or call Katie on 01453 755330.
