About The Role Temporary Office Administrator – Hereford Depot Location:Hereford Hours:40 hours/week (Monday to Friday + some Saturdays) ️ Contract:Initial 3-month temporary role, with potential to extend or become permanent Are you organised, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact? This temporary opportunity comes at an exciting time aswe transition to a new computer system, and you'll play a vital role in helping us get it right. Whether you're processing orders, answering queries, or supporting our credit control efforts, your work willdirectly impact our customers and internal teams – making you a valued member ofTeam Cotteswold . What You’ll Be Doing Inputting and checking customer orders via phone, email, and fax Supporting the team with general administration tasks during system changeover Assisting with credit control: allocating payments, chasing outstanding balances, and managing customer accounts Responding to delivery queries and helping to ensure seamless service Verifying cash payments and assisting with invoice distribution What We’re Looking For Proven experience in customer service or office administration Confident, professional communicator with a friendly telephone manner Accurate data entry and good IT skills (especially MS Excel, Word, and Outlook) Highly organised and calm under pressure – able to juggle multiple priorities A flexible team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to support others Working Pattern Five shifts per week Monday to Friday, approx. 08:30 – 17:00 Some Saturday working required; where Saturday is worked a day off in the week is provided Bank Holidays worked on a rotating basis Join Team Cotteswold This is your chance to be part of a company that champions local communities, quality products, and first-class service.If you’re ready to lend your admin and customer service skills to a hardworking and supportive team, apply todayand be part of something meaningful.
