Assistant Site Manager

Future Build Recruitment have teamed up with a long standing client in the search for a talented Assistant Site Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. Company, a 50m t/o main contractor are building an extension of a community centre in Hemel Hempstead, which just got off the ground, with a duration of approximately 6 months. Future pipeline is around Herts, NW London, Bucks and some in Berkshire, mainly completing refurbishment schemes across mixed sectors with a bit of new build thrown in. As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for; Day to day management of the site alongside the Site Manager Management of sub contractor work, ensuring quality and efficiency Toolbox talk, and ensuring health and safety is at high levels Ensuring the site is kept tidy and access is never restricted Opening and closing the site in the Manager''s absence Requirements; SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Good attitude & willingness to learn Experience at Assistant Site Manager level Able to drive and be local to the project55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
