Youll manage inbound enquiries, process orders, and proactively build relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Working closely with the Sales Account Manager, youll support the full sales cyclefrom quotation to delivery and aftersales carewhile maintaining clear communication and strong organisation throughout.A systematic approach is essential, ensuring customers are kept informed about order progress and delivery arrangements. Youll also liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to secure competitive pricing.ResponsibilitiesManaging inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective clientsResponding promptly to enquiries and processing orders efficientlyPreparing quotations in SAP based on customer requirementsMaintaining uptodate product knowledge, including new releasesFollowing up on outstanding quotations to convert opportunitiesProducing sales reports for manufacturers and purchasing frameworksGenerating leads via LinkedIn and other platformsSupporting sales promotions and customer offersIdentifying opportunities to promote distributed brandsKey AttributesExperience in internal account managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCompetent MS Office skillsSAP experience or willingness to learnProActive UK Ltd is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
