Job Description FIXRA is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specialising in car parts and DIY essentials. With a diverse and expanding product portfolio, a loyal customer base, and strong sales across multiple platforms, including website, Amazon and eBay.Were a motivated, hard working team with a drive for success, and were looking for a Merchandiser to join our Product and Sourcing Team. If youre ambitious, commercially minded, and excited about driving results through data-driven planning and forecasting, wed love to have you grow with us.As a Merchandiser, youd play a key role in managing our product range, overseeing inventory management and ensuring smooth operations and transactions with our suppliers. You be supporting our team in sourcing, forecasting, supplier management, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support our business' development.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct accurate forecasting and support purchasing activities; placing purchase orders, maintaining our inventory management system and tracking supplier productionGenerate and analyse detailed reports to guide and recommend purchasing strategies, delegating tasks and priorities to remote team membersProactively manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for year-round and seasonal productsDevelop and implement sourcing and supplier management strategies to improve efficiency, profitability and performanceIdentify product gaps and research new suppliers to expand the range, while maintaining high supplier quality of current lines.
