This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of 36,400 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses.As Store Manager, youll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales, managing a small team, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Youll play a key role in delivering business performance and maintaining high standards across operations, health and safety, and compliance.Key responsibilities include:Managing store operations to meet and exceed financial targetsLeading and developing the store teamDriving occupancy and revenue through local marketing and sales initiativesDelivering excellent service to new and existing customersOverseeing health and safety, maintenance, and housekeeping standardsMonitoring performance, coaching team members, and completing appraisalsEnsuring all financial and operational procedures are followed accuratelyAbout you:Were looking for someone with strong leadership and commercial awareness, ideally with previous experience in a customer-facing, sales or retail management role.
