Youll support engineering, operations, commissioning, and optimisation activities, ensuring consistently high reliability across all critical infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the regional Subject Matter Expert for all electrical systemsSupport the creation and implementation of Technical Operations standardsAssist in shaping energy business cases for infrastructure upgradesConduct regular site tours, inspections, and performance reviewsParticipate in and support internal and external auditsDevelop and review commissioning procedures, including subcontractor oversightLead post-handover lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvementProvide operational performance updates to key stakeholdersOffer cross-training support to regional teams, including mechanical & cooling systemsCarry out project management duties (planning, costing, procurement, supervision)Participate in the regional EMEA call-out and escalation teamWhat Youll Bring -Significant experience working in a critical electrical environmentdata centres, telecoms, utilities, or similarDegree educated: BEng/MEng in Electrical EngineeringExperience working alongside senior leadership within technical operationsStrong technical knowledge of LV/HV systems, UPS, standby generation, BMS/EMSExperience in HV/LV switching operationsUnderstanding of electrical safety, maintenance governance, and operational frameworksFamiliarity with SOP/EOP development and the CAB processIdeally experienced in data centre environmentsWorking knowledge of discrimination studies, arc flash, and short circuit analysisAwareness of RCA frameworks and the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycleRecognised European Health & Safety qualification (desirable)Comfortable working in a European multi-cultural environmentSoft SkillsAbility to travel up to 30% nationally and internationallyStrong organisational, analytical, and communication skillsKnowledge of EN 50110, REBT-2002, or similar standardsWhy Join?Youll be part of a forward-thinking, global organisation operating some of the most advanced facilities in the world.
