Speak to Amy @ Duval to learn more!What you’ll do:End-to-end cost management: estimates, budgeting, forecasting, tenderingContract administration and procurement advice, including full tender processSite visits, stakeholder liaison, and leading project meetingsInterim valuations, variations, and final account settlementsValue engineering, risk reviews, and regulatory complianceRequirements:5–10+ years solid QS experienceCan work autonomously, often client-facing and can mentor othersDegree qualified preferred, chartership a bonus (not a requirement)Ability to produce BoQs, interpret drawings, build-up costsConfident with JCT Contracts—traditional & D&BUse or quickly master i2Costex (industry standard)Strong communicator, team-oriented, personable, and drivenA growing business with exciting projects in the pipeline.
