Senior Estimator

We are currently working alongside a national housebuilder with a regional office in Hertfordshire looking to hire a Senior Estimator within their pre construction team to support them with the putting together from the initial land purchase and prepare estimators for all prime costs. Your duties will include; Provide information for the land purchase that will allow for clear materials and labour costs to be calculated Provide accurate and timely estimates for future developments Be confident in presenting these costs to project teams and senior management Calculate and present costs on developments within the business including house pricing, labour costs, site work operations and remediation work Work closely with their land, technical and site teams Update schedule of quantities. Ideal candidates will have: Strong experience within the housebuilding sector in the UK Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and Health & Safety requirements IT proficient Knowledge of COINS.
