Fire Protection Engineer

Location: BelfastContract Type: ContractIndustry: Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use DevelopmentsRole Overview:EHS International is seeking a Fire Engineer on behalf of our client for an exciting multi-sector project in Belfast. This role is well-suited for Health & Safety professionals with a strong understanding of fire certification, planning, or emergency planning in construction and property development.Key Responsibilities:Develop fire strategies to support planning applications for residential, commercial and mixed-use projectsConduct reviews of fire risk, occupant safety and design complianceProvide expert advice on fire certifications and regulatory approvalsEnsure all designs address evacuation routes, means of escape, and fire service accessLiaise with developers, consultants and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:Proven H&S experience with fire safety responsibilities in a built environment settingFamiliarity with NI Building Regulations and relevant fire codesAbility to prepare or interpret fire safety strategies for complex developmentsKnowledge of planning processes, technical documentation and safety complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skillsInterested in this opportunity?
