OverviewICT Administrator role atAscent Flight Training . Join a dedicated and diverse ICT team in a unique environment. You will build relationships with stakeholders across the business, customer and supplier organisations, and gain exposure to both our headquarters and operating sites. You will be part of a team delivering ICT support and services across multiple systems and sites. If you are interested in joining our ICT team, read on to find out more details about this role. What You Will DoProvide technical support for the ATOMS Training Management System. Provide technical support for Ascents Unified Communications. Provide support to the IT team for Software as a Service (SaaS) environments. Act as the point of contact for all local Ascents IT systems. Act as an Azure administrator for Ascents cloud services including user permissions. Act as the technical assistant for the MFTS BI system. Provide technical advice and support to the BI Developer, Babcock, Lockheed Martin and Users. Act as the technical assistant for the internal Graphics network. Provide assistance to sub-contractors for implementation of ICT, Audio Visual and MIS systems across MFTS. Provide support to the development and ongoing development of Ascents finance and HR systems. Provide administrative and user support for the Ascent ICT system. Manage and establish Concept of Operations. What Will Make You SuccessfulYou will already have a breadth of IT experience with proven technical competence and a willingness to learn new technologies. You will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in an environment where tailored solutions are the norm. You should be comfortable navigating with stakeholders to reach positive solutions and work effectively in high-pressure situations. Strong interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem solving abilities. A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines with demanding stakeholders. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
