You will report into the Head of HSEQ for your area. You will support the site teams and managers through your inspections by recognising hazards, seeking to minimise risks whilst creating, maintaining and improving the health, safety, environmental and quality standards. You will champion HSEQ initiatives in the region whilst ensuring that legislation is adhered toDuties for the HSQE Manager are many and varied andinclude:Provide support and focus to the site teams on our Be Right First-Time initiatives and monitoring our Quality Control as defined by the HSEQ Systems & Audit ManagerCollaboration and Client and supplier SupportProvide Client support for the region under your controlAttend Client HSEQ Forums as required and provide lessons learnt feedback and sharing of best practicesForm collaborative relationships with Client and supplier HSEQ ManagementContribute and support company level HSEQ communications and embed at regional levelProduce and communicate HSEQ alerts following incidents and poor-quality standards to promote learning and prevention and continual improvementSupport the Head of HSEQ for your area of the business in maintaining HSE performance statistics monthly as requestedTo be successful as theHSQE Manager you will have:-Minimum HND/HNC or equivalent qualification or relevant experience5 years experience in HSQE leadership roleCOG LTD areacting as an Employment Agency.TPBN1_UKTJ
