Morson Talent is currently recruiting for SC Cleared Painters, with Train The Painter Bronze, silver or Gold to support ongoing projects at Faslane. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all legal and procedural regulations. Perform surface preparations and apply coatings by brush or roller. Interpret and follow paint manufacturer's technical and safety data sheets. Support and guide team members on application techniques and best practices. Ensure high-quality standards in all aspects of surface preparation and coating. Maintain clean working areas and ensure all equipment is properly protected. Use access equipment such as scaffolding and mobile platforms. Required Experience & Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Desirable: experience on nuclear or construction sites. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing work demands. Positive team contributor with a collaborative approach.
