This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership and customer service skills to manage a successful service reception team.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and overseeing the daily operations of the service reception department.Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Service Advisors.Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.Monitoring service bookings and workshop capacity to maximise efficiency.Handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.Working closely with the Service Manager and workshop team to ensure smooth workflow.Driving upsell opportunities for additional products and services.Ensuring all administrative processes, documentation, and invoicing are completed accurately.Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements where necessary.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Reception Manager, or similar role within the motor trade.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Full UK driving licence preferred.BenefitsCompetitive salary (35,000 45,000).Bonus and incentive opportunities.Ongoing training and career development.Company pension scheme.Supportive and professional working environment.
