Were looking for someone who can confidently navigate the day-to-day, while driving forward-thinking development initiatives that make a lasting difference.Responsibilities include:Creating and rolling out training programmesleadership, compliance, power skills, and moreCoaching and mentoring managers and future leaders across the businessLeading and supporting a network of on-site trainers focused on compliance and factory developmentManaging the LMS and developing a suite of digital learning contentPartnering on apprenticeships, graduate programmes, and mentoring initiativesOwning learning budgets, external training providers, and reporting on learning outcomesSupporting succession planning and career development across all functionsDelivering a people development strategy that builds capability, culture, and performanceExperience required:An L&D professional with the ambition and experience to take the next step into managementYou must have FMCG experience as youll be working across production, supply chain, and commercial teamsStrong training design and delivery skills, especially in leadership and soft skillsExperience with coaching, performance management tools, and learning systems (e.g. LMS, eLearning platforms)Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsRelevant qualifications (e.g. CIPD Level 3 or 5, coaching, Train the Trainer, PETLS)A positive, energetic approach with a genuine passion for helping people thriveA valid UK Driving License and access to your own transport as occasional/frequent travel to other business sites is requiredWhy this role?This is a chance to step into a high-impact role where you can shape the future of learning and development in a well-established business.
