Job Description Senior Diagnostic Support Technician Automotive ElectronicsLocation: Heanor, DerbyshireSalary: 40,00045,000Contract: Permanent We're working with a specialist automotive electronics business based in Heanor, Derbyshire, supporting trade garages and workshops across the UK. They are looking to recruit a Senior Diagnostic Support Technician to join their technical support team, providing expert-level remote diagnostics and fault-finding assistance. This role is ideal for an experienced Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician looking to move off the tools, or for someone already working in a technical support, helpline, or remote diagnostics environment.The Role This is a phone-based technical role focused on remote diagnosis and problem solving. You'll use your in-depth automotive knowledge to identify root causes of complex vehicle faults and guide workshops towards effective repair solutions.
