Youll play a key role in managing the credit control function, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:Proactively manage the sales ledger and chase outstanding debtsAllocate incoming payments and reconcile accountsResolve customer queries in a professional and timely mannerLiaise with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of invoicing issuesPrepare regular reports on aged debt and cash flow forecastsSupport month-end and year-end processesAbout You:Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable roleStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyGood working knowledge of Excel and financial systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOrganised with strong time-management skills
