We areseekingqualified and experienced investigation professionals to join our ever-growing counter-fraud training team.Role and Responsibilities:The role will involve the delivery ofHigherEducation programmes to a diverse range ofapprentices and learnersacross the UKthereforeapplicants must have an ability to adapt to a variety of sectors, to include Law Enforcement, Financial Services and Government Agencies. We are seeking individuals with a proventrack recordin fraud investigation, both in terms of practical application, but also process and theory.The ideal candidate will also have experience within fraud prevention,deterrenceand measurement.As a trainer, you will be using your background to deliver the Counter-FraudInvestigationApprenticeship Standard to a range of customers involved in fraud related investigations. The right candidate will use theirpreviousexperience to deliver an exciting and challenging programme, and therefore it is essential you will have an engaging communicationand teachingstyle.As part of theCFtrainingteamyou willprimarilyadopt aremoteworking modelbut there will be the need for periodic travel to client sites and theofficewhenrequired. You will train,coachand assess your cohorts of apprentices throughout their programme and engage regularly withIntelligencia'sAdministration and Quality Assurance teams.Experience and Skills:A strong and proven background in serious investigations, specifically around counter-fraud and money laundering.Experiencewithin fraud control, deterrence,measurementand risk.Excellent working knowledge and experience of PACE, CPIA, The Fraud Act,Proceedsof Crime, BriberyActand the PEACE interviewing model.A lawenforcement background is not essential, and we welcome applications from those working in other sectors involved in fraud-based investigations.Previousteachingexperience and qualifications are desirable but not essential as internal training and qualification programmes are in place.Starting Salary42,000 +private health care and further commission-basedearningopportunities.Increased to 45,000 after 12 months in post in addition tothecompanywide yearly pay increase.Safer-recruitmentPlease note the interview will be a face-to-face interview held at our premises at MK45 3QQ.Please ensure travelto this location is achievable before applying.If you will not be able to attend the interview location then please do not apply.
