Building Services Manager - Healthcare Project (Herne Bay) Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 package We''re looking for an experienced Building Services Manager to join a major healthcare development in the Herne Bay area. This is a significant scheme with a strong technical and compliance focus, so we''re ideally seeking someone who has previous experience delivering projects in hospital or healthcare environments. Key responsibilities: Overseeing all mechanical and electrical building services from design through to completion. Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to high standards, on time and within budget. Managing quality, safety, and compliance requirements specific to healthcare projects. Working closely with project and site teams to ensure smooth delivery. Requirements: Strong background in M&E/building services management on large-scale projects. Previous healthcare or hospital project experience highly desirable. Ability to lead services packages and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
