You will analyse downtime and quality concerns through structured root cause investigations, minimise process variation, carry out time studies and capability assessments, and utilise data-driven insights to implement and sustain measurable improvements.The successfull Continuous Impovement Engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining KPIs and performance dashboards, while supporting and mentoring teams in Lean methodologies and practical problem-solving techniques.
