Job DescriptionContinuous Improvement Manager - Havant, HybridWe are on the hunt for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join a growing business within the marine space to drive forward improvements to their processes, systems, business efficiency. Within this role youll be working across various departments including Sales and Manufacturing to launch and manage improvement initiatives across the business.Responsibilities:Lead improvement initiatives autonomously and work with the business to make Continuous Improvement practices a part of the DNA of the businessWork with the leadership team to translate growth strategy into executable action plans Lead Continuous Improvement work across the value stream includingValue Stream Mapping and AnalysisLaunch and oversee improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites, global sales, and service organisation with a view to reducing waste, increasing customer satisfaction, or optimising operational processesDrive continuous improvement with the SLT working with KPIs and regular dialogues with key stakeholders across the businessRole Requirements:Demonstrable experience within a Continuous Improvement focused role with examples of improvements to business cultureConfidence within a constantly changing environmentStrong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify areas of improvement and develop solutionsSystems Thinking as a basis for instituting small and large improvementsAbility to take responsibility for new initiatives from conception to completionConfidence communicating, delivering presentations to, and working closely with major stakeholders across business Willingness to travel on occasionUnderstanding of the Marine sectorAbility to secure SC Clearance
