Project Manager - Sustainable Residential Development Location: Hampshire Start Date: ASAP Salary: From 60k DOE + package Contract Type: Permanent A well-established regional contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead a new residential development in Portsmouth. The scheme involves the demolition of garages and the construction of 9 highly energy-efficient homes, designed to meet Passivhaus standards - a benchmark for low-energy, sustainable building. The company delivers a broad range of projects across the South East, including residential, education, healthcare, and commercial schemes. Known for its collaborative approach and commitment to quality, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering technically demanding projects with a focus on client satisfaction.
