The company specializes in testing, grading, and recycling Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) waste. We combine nationwide collections with data-rich reporting and customer-first service along with, worlds first technology which has all existing and potential clients excited.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Havant for a Business Development Manager but with national and possible overnight travel as the business needs.Were hiring high-performing BDMs who own the entire lifecycle of an orderfrom defining a qualified prospect and winning the deal, through to service delivery, documentation, and involvement in invoicing and paymentand then grows the account via additional solutions etc.We want people who are excited to be part of a winning team and that are driven by creating the very best client relationships alongside providing excellent, clear and order winning proposals.QualificationsSome experience in the WEEE and / or Medical Waste sector is desirable but full training will be providedProven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with strong negotiation abilitiesStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to conduct market research and develop sales strategiesProficiency in managing client accounts and providing excellent customer serviceResults-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProactive attitude with strong problem-solving skillsWhat we offerFull training provided in a supportive environmentCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission and car allowancePension and healthcare plan.Training and clear progression pathSupportive, down-to-earth team with real autonomy to win and grow.A friendly working atmosphere with work hard, play hard attitude.A very bright future, with a company on a steep trajectory of growth.
