Property Manager

Property Manager - Hatfield Salary 30,000-35,000, OTE 40,000 Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a great team and manage a portfolio of around 180 Properties for their Hatfield branch. The ideal candidate will be organised and responsible with around 2-3 years experience in Property Management you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. Property Management is a core element of our clients business they have many long-term clients who have used their services time and time again. As a Property Manager , your role will involve: First point of contact for tenants Managing a portfolio of around 180 properties. Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations. Liaising with Landlords on various things such as works, deposit returns Dealing with contractors Arranging deposit returns via TDS. Arranging gas safeties, EPCs, EICRs etc The Individual: Excellent oral and written communications skills. Property management experience. Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own. Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Highly motivated and positive with a can do attitude.
