FI/CO SAP Project Manager - Hatfield, Hertfordshire (Fixed term 12 month rolling contract) Salary - to 70K basic + Bonus + Pension + other corporate benefits A new an interesting role for a SAP Project manager to join a global brand to lead and deliver SAP implementation and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. The role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, and driving successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field Experience: SAP project management experience (preferably S/4HANA). Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programs across multiple countries. Hands-on experience with SAP deployment projects, including design, build, and test phases. Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting. Experience working with system integrators. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points. Familiarity with waterfall, SAP Activate, or Agile methodologies. SAP Cloud BTP understanding will be preferable Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage SAP projects e.g., S/4HANA - modules FI/CO, MM, SD from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical teams. Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and ensure clear communication. Budget & Compliance: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and SAP best practices. Lead and manage the annual ITGC audits Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business analysts. Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
