This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career particularly those with a strong financial background and experience producing management accounts and weekly KPIs. Youll bring commercial insight and strategic thinking to our operations, helping shape the future of Uno through financial leadership. About the Role: As Commercial Business Manager, youll be central to driving financial performance across the business. Working closely with depot management, the University of Hertfordshires finance team, and key stakeholders youll use data to inform strategy, monitor costs, and guide fare and revenue planning across our network. Key responsibilities include: Producing regular management accounts and KPI reports Supporting depot managers through financial insights and analysis Collaborating with University finance colleagues Analysing costs and developing commercial strategies Shaping fare structures and revenue models to support growth About Uno: Uno is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Hertfordshire. We operate over 100 vehicles across Hertfordshire, North London, and beyond serving students, local communities, and Transport for London with a turnover approaching 22 million.
