We are a high-needs clinic, committed to improving equity in our Māori and Pacifica populations. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to delivering holistic care.Our practice is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm.Our Teams Our Teams:As part of our integrated model of care, you will work with a team made up of Clinical and Non-Clinical staff. Reporting to the GP - Clinical Lead, you will be supported by our very experienced Hauora Leadership team and a committed, experienced, professional practice workforce.Being part of the wider Taiwhenua health and services organisation, we also have access to the many services delivered on site including Oranga Niho (Dental), Tamariki Ora, School-based Nursing Teams, Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol and Housing.
