Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temp to PermBench Joiner,based inHartlepool.Our Client is looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join their workshop team assembling bespoke doors.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong DIY skills, general woodwork experience, or a background as a handy person. However, you don't need to be a fully qualified joiner - just bring your enthusiasm, reliability, and attention to detail. Training will be provided.Bench Joiner Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssemble bespoke doors to a high standard Fit hinges, ironmongery, and glazing to doors Follow written instructions and assembly guides accurately Check the quality of work at every stage Maintain a tidy and safe workspaceEssential Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceSafety conscious, Confident using hand and power tools Good general knowledge of woodwork or handy-person tasks Able to follow written instructions and work independently Strong eye for detail and quality Reliable, punctual, and a team playerCompany BenefitsFriendly, down-to-earth team Secure, long-term work with opportunities to learn new skillsHourly rate is £12.80. Working Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:15pm & Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm.
