Connect Appointments are looking for aAccounts Administratorto join our Hartlepool based client. This is an initial two week role, with the potential of a full-time permanent role. What's on offer? Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 16:30 15 per hour - paid weekly Temp to perm opportunity What you'll do as an Accounts Administrator : Generate customer invoices, and send documentation to customers Perform general office admin tasks (answering the phone, emails etc) Part of the route planning operations for drivers Undertaking tonnage reports Operating weighbridge Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures What you'll need as an Accounts Administrator: Proficient in billing and accounting software (Sage) Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and task prioritisation Strong communication skills Interested?
