Job Title: Estimator Salary: Competitive, based on experience Location: North London O'Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join our client a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a small, close-knit pre-construction team working on exciting projects ranging from 1m to 20m in value. In this role, you will work closely with the Pre-Construction Director and a Bid Manager / Trainee Estimator , contributing to tender preparation, cost planning, and pricing strategy. The successful Estimator candidate must have: Proven experience estimating residential and commercial projects (ideally 1m20m in value) Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and project costing Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Experience working in a fast-paced environment within a main contractor or developer Key responsibilities will include: Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for new build and refurbishment projects Assessing tender documentation and preparing detailed take-offs Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Supporting the Pre-Con Director and wider team in bid submissions and presentations If you are an experienced Estimator looking for a new challenge and want to be part of a dynamic and growing team, please apply with your most up-to-date CV today.
