Marketing Assistant

International Bank based in Harrow seek a Marketing & Events Assistant to support a dynamic financial services marketing team on a 10 month FTC. This role is office based 5 daysThis varied role covers everything from supporting events and producing marketing materials, to helping with digital marketing and administrative tasks. You'll play a key part in delivering internal and external communications and enhancing the banks digital presence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport planning and coordination of events (internal and external), including managing logistics, collateral, and event reportsAssist with developing marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and internal communicationsContribute to social media content development and schedulingHelp maintain and update website contentDraft and update marketing reports and performance metricsLiaise with agencies and vendors on event materials and campaign assetsAssist with campaign tracking and executionAdministration & CoordinationOrganise meetings and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholdersPrepare PowerPoint decks, Excel trackers and Word documents to support marketing projectsMaintain marketing collateral inventory and manage distributionSupport budget coordination and invoice processingKeep digital storage of all marketing assets up to date and accessibleEssential Skills & ExperienceExperience in marketing or communications, ideally Banking or FSStrong understanding of social media and digital marketing platformsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skillsHighly organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working independently and under tight deadlinesFamiliarity with website content management systemsMust have Full Uk working rights and experience gained in the UK
