About the Role:We’re currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-regarded solicitors firm handling a caseload of residential property transactions and occasional light commercial matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive and progressive team where quality of work and client service are a priority.Key Responsibilities:Manage a full caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, including:Transfers of equityRe-mortgagesNew build and shared ownership transactionsHandle light commercial transactions, such as:Lease assignments and renewalsSmall-scale commercial purchases/salesDraft, review, and advise on legal documentationLiaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitorsMaintain high standards of client care and compliance with regulatory requirementsUse case management systems to manage workflow efficientlyRequirements:Minimum 4+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing (qualified or non-qualified routes considered)Exposure to commercial property work (even limited) is preferredStrong working knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completionExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsStrong communication and client-facing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat’s on Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageSupportive working environment with career development opportunitiesModern systems and technology
