Youll be responsible for sourcing pricing information, finding the best price possible and uploading this to our website. This is an entry level role and primarily involves adding pricing data to an Excel spreadsheet. It may suit someone with numerical skills looking for their first or second data entry or data processing role. Full training is provided.Due to the collaborative nature of the role, this is an office-based role in Harrogate. Synergy is rated by our team as an outstanding place to work, achieving a 2-Star rating in the Best Companies survey for two consecutive years.Responsibilities and DutiesSource accurate pricing data through third party systemsPresent pricing data to reflect the most competitive pricing on our website across a range of different vehiclesUpload pricing data into the website, ensuring it is accurateProvide written updates to our sales team and marketing team on new pricing uploaded to the websiteIndependently prioritize daily tasks, following set processes, including uploading new promotions and resetting pricingCompare the prices of competitorsEnsure your working and any data uploaded meets consumer duty regulatory requirementsWork with the wider data team to meet business needs in a fast moving, competitive marketplace SkillsHighly numerateA good working knowledge of Microsoft productsGood understanding and use of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic formulae)Attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsExperience in or an interest in cars is advantageousA willingness to learn and grow with the businessAbility to work individually, but also as part of a teamAbility to follow set processes About Synergy Car Leasing:Synergy Car Leasing, established in 2006, is one of the leading vehicle leasing providers in the UK.
